When I say budget low, I mean Teco series out. Budget only allows Taiwan or China made chiller...

lately weather is quite cooling .. why not just put an ac fan to temporarily lower the temp and take your time to source for a chiller. an ac fan cost $30 (profantec) .. it can cool your water to 26 to 27 degree.
