SRC Member garyjg Posted May 31, 2010 SRC Member Share Posted May 31, 2010 You'll need to find something in the lines of weld-on, I have a couple different types but there for Acrylic only. Here's the link. http://www.ipscorp.com/

SRC Member [V]tEc Posted May 31, 2010 SRC Member Share Posted May 31, 2010 what brand is the brand? try asking if there replacement for it rather than gluing it back. if ur pump is powerful kind, dun think glue can tahan it for long
SRC Member garyjg Posted May 31, 2010 SRC Member Share Posted May 31, 2010 [V]tEc maybe right, might just be easier to replace the impeller rather than wastering time trying to glue it back together.

The pump is Hydor..... I find it no point getting the replacement when the impeller is almost 1/2 the price of the new units..... Thanks for the tips and offer.... In fact i'm actually stick back the plastic fan that spins when the magnet move. Due to the fan loose, is not spinning while the magnet is already spinning.....if you get what i mean..... Anyway I'll try to use the 2Ton epoxy..... Concern would be any chemical effects to the corals and LS...? nichjon
Araldite will do the job very well, but stick to the rule of Less Is Best, too much and the bond will not be that good. Quote Custom 2ft cube tank with 10mm glass.
