pistol shrimp

hi guys, was doing some routine dip on my zoas,

always found some mini pistol shrimps(black/white strip) being washed out.

understand dat some pistol shrimp can tag team with certain gobies.

can this type of pistol shrimp tag team with gobies? sorry guys as i got no pics,

cos always hand dirty n wet to hold camera during dipping, btw r they any treat?

nope. these kinds are not those found with gobies. pistols in the genus alpheus are usually goby shrimps. those that live in rocks like yours are probably solitary.

they are not harmful.
