chevron...is it a hawaiian fish as well? saw it together with some yellow tangs. bought at 100. could you tell me more about chevrons?? thanks

woah. u should do some research before throwing a 3 figure sum on something u know nothing about man ( not to mention life of the fish..dun be cruel to it .. blah blah)

just got it today so really too early to tell.

U shld ask the fish shop to feed the fish in front of you before making the purchase. eliminates all the panic and worry etc.

..its rather big to be a juvenile and it should have been shedding a different color by then....

IMO 10cm is still alright if it retain its color. Chevron are primarily hebivore, scrubbing on rocks for algae. Thus getting them to eat maybe abit tough but commercial prepared algae should get them to eat. But still that doesn't look like a 10cm fish to me
