Actually when you look back at lawsuits filed against patents.

It took quite a while to settle..

Thus I am not worry of CREE.

An example is Creative against Apple for MP3 technology.

In the end, Creative won but Apple still happily selling their MPs after paying some damages..

No effect on Apple MP3 business at all.
