"Oh shit look, got brittle stars, many brittle stars... You think they are still alive? Can I save them?" Poor brittle stars, you-know-who will know what I'm talking about hahaha.

Actually I think a quick dip with freshwater and coral rx will not do any harm too, I used to dip zoas with freshwater+flatworm exit+iodine, didn't cause any death to the zoas.

kekeke..... you forgot to put the ding Bino.... Let me help you idea31.gif ....

yeah dun think there will be any detrimental harm but definitely more stressful to the corals. anyway tapwater PH =9.0 , Distill water PH = 7.0, so still better to use tank saltwater.

And to note, his zoas did not open after the dip hor...... idea31.gif again.

Eqpt: Deltec MCE 600, Tunze 6055 with Tunze 7091 controller, Artica 1/15 HP chiller, AquaIllumination Sol Blue LED Light System

2011 resolution : Do it simpler, better and in an easier way!

you see my logic first...

reefers do dip in FW to get rid of pest..

reefers also dip in RX to get rid of pest..

so i combine both and dip lor... lol.. thumbsup.gif

A man with a reef tank is a man with an empty wallet...

Ray, that's a power equation. :thumbsup::agreed:

That will save some saltwater as well! :pirate:

Ya guys, i do know that RX shouldnt be done in the main tank.

Thanks for the reminder. :)

Yeap Jacky, i do share same thoughts with you regarding the sump and chaeto.

It will be a waste of good stuff inside.
