Hi guys are skimmer to be on during cycle ?? cos i read up alot of different opinion on whether to have the skimmer on.

Leave the skimmer on. You don't want to end up with a phosphate laden tank.

Always something more important than fish.

bro thanks for the fast reply. i will start my skimmer now than. but turning on the skimmer will it cause my biological filtration to failed? currently my ammonia is 0.25 , nitrite 0.
