Indian chief, export of corals from japan is illegal so any coral labelled as japan ABC coral is going to have been smuggled in.

For Indonesia and Vietnam, there is no ban on the export of the corals, just that previously some of our LFSes were caught importing the corals without the relevant CITES permits and were fined heavily. Came out in the newspapers if I remember correctly.
