Hi guys,

Was lucky to visit LOTS Gourmet Stop at Changi for lunch last Wednesday.

Background: LOTS used to be ran by a Canadian guy who have since went back to his home country after chalking up some debts. Jenny Pang, a hardworking chef with extensive experience in Australia took over the entire shop including the company. She have been running the restaurant since Nov 2009. Spoke with Jenny, she is really very friendly, typical Aussie friendliness. She cooks and manages the place all by herself with the help of 2-3 workers. I have visited LOTS before and after Jenny took over and I must say that she is really a "super woman". Please give her your supports.

Food: Western, Bistro style with a hint of Aussie influence

Set lunch: $14.90 with selection of main course

Favourite 1: I tried and like the vongole, good portion, cooked with flavourful white wine, served with cabiatta bread

Favourite 2: Lemon Lime Bitter - Good amount of Angustra Bitters rather than the usual "few drops" at some places - yummy

Fabourite 3: MacDonalds extended breakfast till noon but for LOTS, breakfast is being serve up to 3pm

Location: Changi Garden is right after Esso station along Changi Road North thus those driving there, be sure to keep very left and turn immediately after Esso, free parking
