Flame Angel

Anybody can give me some tips to feed flame angel? Got one ard 2 inch plus but since that whatever food i put in, it doesn't shows interest. However fish is actively swimming around. Hope any reefer with flame angel can assist me, thanks.

use new life spectrum marine fish fomular ! 99% work on FA!!

Yup bro.. i know not to post in this section, however to get fast response, this section was the best responsive section. Sorry... btw you know where to get, how much is it? ... thought reefer can spare somes for me to try before getting it..

FA should be an easy feeder.

- does the fish eat the pellet then spit out ? are the pellets too huge? what pellets are you feeding? It hey are hard pellets, you can soak it in tank water for a while before feeding. Agree with 91. NLS works well.

- can also try frozen mysis.

Bro, this is not the way to do it lah. you are just creating work for the mods who have to move your thread over now to the proper sub forum.

in fact this might not have the fastest response as quite a number of new threads move by the minute..

i bought my NLS either from Petmart or ReefDepot..

initially my FA wouldnt feed..

but after Day3-4, it finally ate..

not sure if its the pellets like what 91Litres said,

but yea i'm also using NLS..

try trapping it and placing it into a QT,

once its feeding for a few days then release it..

thats what i did..

Bro, it doesn't bother about pellet. I have difference size of pellet, i feeding Dr.Bassleerr's, Nutrafin, Ocean nutrition. I noticed that occassionally it nips on live rock and my wavemaker with brown algae. I not sure, but it swiming ard and look like it is looking for food to feed on.
