SRC Member DUCADOS Posted March 19, 2010 Author SRC Member Share Posted March 19, 2010 So meaning mine's around 600L so must use something not less than 6000L/H lo? But wat I notice is with my current 2400l/h pump somehow already disturbing the sand at the bottom Liao till the extend I need to place a LR there to break the current. FuEl
Eheim 1262 alone will be sufficient. Use 1" piping for return to fully maximize the return flowrate. You can split the return into 2 x 1" outlet at opposite ends of the tank. If you use 1/2" piping you will restrict the flow of the pump too much.
