how do i know whether my water parameter is constantly buffer at 8.3 ????

btw how do i use the ph buffer powder , just brought no confident in using it ??

i did once, mix 3g of the powder in fresh water n pour it into my 30gal tank ....is that the right way to do it ?

I am using Seachem pH 8.3.

I have a 20 gallons tank and what I do is add 1 teaspoon to a cup of saltwater (from my tank) and stir until most/all of the powder dissolve.

The mixture is then poured into my tank. Any undissolved powder will be thrown away.

for me, I'm using kent ph and kh buffer...

i do every once a week. Just add the required amount into a bottle of 500ml shake well and pour it into the tank..

so far fine for me and work ok... and me using this method for 2 yrs
