hi guys ...was told by a lfs it is one of the species of tubeworm .... but the whole "tube" is very soft ...like jelly cannot stick in the live rock ...anyone can confirmed ???

Its a tube anemone. Be warm this guy have very powerful sting that can harm fishes.

When freshly collected from sea it has a thick smelly soft shell, more like a cocoon wrapped around it's base. This anemone is commonly found in swampy places around SG. Discard the cocoon base if you like as they are quite stinky and dirty look. Within an hour it will form another slimmy coat to protect it's base from being eaten by other animals.

Yes it hunts for food via it's long swinging tentacles simply by stinging. Years back I lost a yellow-tang that way...... . Almost lost a purple tang too, luckily the smart chap escaped but with a permanent scar on its side.

I must remember to do loads of reading and research before buying anything for the tank. seems like lots of LS has a lot of downsides to them..
