I mean possible to apply under water and cure it? As i already scape my tank but not very stable so thinking of add scape foam to secure all the loose part. Using Cement to join them and cure them but if your rocks are underwater liao... Then is more safer to use epoxy.... Try using the DD one... I quite like these but they are quite expensive... Those found in Hardware shop will not work even though it cure underwater... Cos the "feather" structure look more like a coco-worm. Only the structure of the tube can tell, as in it is hard or soft tube? But be is tube or coco worm, this colour is nice and uncommon.
