Terryz_
the branching sun easy to keep? like super difficult leh. i've NEVER seen one with opened polyps. not even a bit open. This is the first time I try, It will take a week or two to get it to settle down and get used to the feeding regime and lighting..... Will update its condition... As of now, not opening even at night... Member of:

Senior Reefer yikai Posted February 3, 2011 Senior Reefer Share Posted February 3, 2011 NPS cannot bleach because they don't have zooxanthellae mah. so it's naturally white.

SRC Member straydum Posted February 5, 2011 SRC Member Share Posted February 5, 2011 perhaps isolating it in a smaller container and flooding it with food would help? i dont have experience with NPS so pardon me if it sounds dumb but don't give up! here's a success story of a Tubastrea micrantha from really bad shape

But this colony is huge... LOL... Need to find a container that will fit this in... I am directing more flow to it so that the food will get to them more easier to entice them to open up..
