dun like.

like i said, this whole family of fish is my least favourite. there's not a tang inside that i really really like.

some of them are just ok-ok only. like AT, clown tang, hybrid PBT.

if you notice i've never bought a tang before in my life. only a YT which was to control some algae, after that i sold off. and a PBT which i bought over from joe which died while i was overseas

Haha, These tangs might not control algae other than clown tang but they are super aggressive...

i actually quitee like chevron tang but they grow big and ugly. tomini also not bad.... maybe one of these bah

Sohal is so aggressive... Chervon, I would only get if it always stay young..

Got a sample of FaunaMarin UltraLife from Jun Kai... And I dosed this evening...

And did a test on NO3 and PO4...

Both at 0...

Amazing product!!!

The product is used to bind, NH4, NO2 NO3 and PO4 and den skimmed out by the skimmer..

My NO3 used to be 10-15 range last week... PO4 was 0 all along... I forgot to test before dosing but if based on the reading previously, it works...

I dosed around 7pm den tested around 12 midnight...

My tank is big, so is yours. Cant possibly keep flooding cyclopeeze, nutrients will shoot up and w a tank of our size hard to do frequent water change!

The reason i bought 10 Nassarius snail.. And a oversize skimmer... LOL...

I also use Ultralife from FaunaMarin.. It binds NH2,NO2,NO3 and PO4... :thumbsup:

Feeding metronidazole soaked food for my fishes to kill the ich...

Today is Day 1 of treatment..

Will update on the ich condition on the fishes after 1 week..

Need to continue for 3 weeks..

i used to have about 10 as well,

now kept it around 4-5..

very cute to see them all coming out during feeding time..

but they do leave alot of poo on the sand bed right? haha..

wont these add on to your NO3 instead?

Yup.. They are very sensitive to food.. I got the lala for my MI... They ate it in like 15mins.. LOL...

NO3 so far never exceed 10 yet...

Anyway, will be adding Biopellet and I am using Ultralife now.. Still can keep at 0...

i got 12...

but u need to feed them otherwise they will die. if you dont have alot of uneaten food left, that is.

dunno about poo but mine keep laying eggs on the glass. very annoying.
