Just a add on for those who isn't familiar with our gallery function.. You are able to ;

1) Send images to other members under the " ECARD " function.

2) Subscribe to the section and being notify when there is new images posted.

3) Leave a "Comment" on the images posted.

4) Rate the image posted via the rating system " 1 ~ 5 " stars..

5) View detail information of the image under the imagine Beta function - "Details" button.

6) Set the images as your AVATAR easily by clicking on the "AVATAR" button.

7) Setting the images as your Favorite under the "FAVORITE" button.

8) Share images easily in other site / or any of your posting in SRC using the "Hot linking & BBCode" function like those found in image file hosting site.

** PS: Members in this section are able to Move their photo posted into their desired sub section, or moving it into the "Frags exchanged" sub section once their frag has been sold/traded ect..

hi chief. will the club be interested to pool together to get a box of rics/zoos (200?) from overseas? from US sites such as this? i'm sure there are many others. not sure if there are any restrictions on shipment though.

Peter has explored importing in corals before but I think due to licensing and some other issues like DOAs, I think he decided not to.

Maybe let Peter touch on this after he is back from reservist.

More on DOA incidents, Recently Iwarna brought in some US zoas and all melted. So I am not sure if we want to be so ambitious and start something like that.

For rics, I know Reborn has some shipment coming in this Friday and our dear TC king Peter also bring dozens in soon in probably April.

So my personal opinion is to go for these instead rather than bring in on our own.

I'm glad I read this thread... I was just about to post some zoas for trade. Hope to start the ball rolling soon. Completely support the three points stated, especially point #3.

Was about to ask you to join as I was reading your thread update. You and comycus helped me to kick start my collection so I am extremely grateful to you guys Your zoas look so healthy. I have much to learn.

For the frags, the pics will be posted onto the SRC Frag-ExC gallery album. I think this is the finalised name for the group. Stands for Frag Exchange Club

Posting links/ pics onto the forum topics will be messy because it will be hard to scroll all the available frags and also to delete the photos.

Using the gallery, we can simply move the traded frags into the "exchanged" album hence reducing the housekeeping issues.

My brain is also very tired. Anyway when everything is set up, I can draft a step by step simple instructions for everyone.

Regarding pt 3 - a little sensitive lol. Lets go low key on that.

Everything should be set up by Thursday night or Friday morning. So hang on tight, its gonna be exciting !

As for pt 3, we shouldn't be overly concerned over it. Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion, as long as it is delivered in a civilized manner and does not break any forum rules.

Likewise, I'm open for discussion over a cup of coffee. More often than not, it is difficult to gauge the "tone of voice" in a type-written message or post. That's why they invented smileys in the first place...
