It is with much regret and unfortunate that I am decomissioning my 4.5 feet Marine tank... :rip:

This tank has been with me for about 2 years.. it was initially meant for my son but dadyy got to do all the maintenance... :thumbdown:

So...anyone who is setting up a new 4 feet tank or interested to transfer all the LR (Live Rock) and LS (Live Stock)... including the NSW from this tank, please feel free to PM me..

Bro, do chk with iwarna if you want to clear one lot and time is an issue, understand they have ready buyer for 4 ft tank. All the best.

Skimmer : BK SM200 with waste collector

I woke up this morning seeing my maid cleaning the flooded floor and felt sorry her..although that part of her job..:paiseh:

And this is probably the final push for me to take this as one of the excuses I've given myselft that I finally decided to decom the 4 footer...

The compartment wall that separates the main display tank and the internal overflow had just collaped to the left side... it had broke the pipe for the second return flow which caused the power short and extra water (due to the colape of the water) that over-flood my sump...

Although the main structure of the display tank is still ok...I am not sure if that wall can hold or further collape and add additional presure to the tank main struture.. :chair:

Anyway, no matter what remedy I am undertaking - whether I order a new tank or just seal back the compartment wall, I still need to extract all the water and LS and LR out... so might as well take the opportunity to decommission the tank... :agreed:

But I am keeping my 6 footer though.. :poster_oops:

I am just sooooo glad that you are continuing with your beautiful 6 footer !!! Although feel sorry that your 4 footer has to go, but guess this has been in your mind for sometime and you finally got the right reason to do it.

I am sure you can find some large LR that suit you...

In fact, most of my LRs are encrusted with many SPS and LPS: :thumbsup:

Yes..bro.. I am getting the tank maker to see if he can fix the current tank problem.. Hopefully you can see a brand new setup again... but this time... it will be a totally different experience... :eyebrow:
