My clam coughs when DT plankton dosed

When I dose few drops of DT into tank water, my clam will cough and expel out the water. Why it does so? Eating or stress?

huh? i oso feed dt to my clams, but i use a syringe to target feed......

i also noticed that...maybe the sudden concentration of phyto gave a pleasant phyto shock to the clams lor....lol

like u walk in the street and suddenly a flood of bikiniclad gals walk pass u..u also will genna shock right? hehehe
