MWTS: Hybrid Powder blue tang

Have a Hybrid PBT ( nigrican X leucosternon) that I kept for ard 4months for sale if I can trap it

Price:$55

Reason: reducing bio load after new addition yesterday

condition: execellent as its the king of my tank

size: 3 inches

feeding: nutrafin pellet, kent vegetable pellet, henry food and polychetes worms' pellet

Aggressiveness: Not as aggressive as other PBT

PS: This powder blue constantly have some speckled of white spot on its body throughout its time in my tank which I believe is normal.

I am looking for a owner with 4 feet or bigger aquarium to house this special fish.

Pic as requested. Note few speckled of ich is always on its body but its eating like a pig and in excellent condition.

Subject to being caught via trap as I do not want to stress this beautiful fish out.

Same here, its doing well in my 3 footer but I believe it will do much better in tanks bigger. I would nv sell it if not for my added bio- load.

Anyway interested party can contact me via 9139 1438 but I emphasise once again, I am in no hurry to sell this fish and will only do so if I can trap it. In addition, I request buyer to collect upon day of catch as I always believe that no tangs should be kept in betta box.

Pls also do provide me with your tank details as I do not want it to go into a bad home

really dedicated reefer. a fish like that should deserve a 5ft tank!! haha. ups for you again. seldom see such nice PBT hybrids. they usually look really brown and weird...

why would a powder BLUE tang look brown in the first place???

they don't look weird for sure....

i think u are confused.....

the PBT for sale might be a cross between a powder brown/black (Acanthurus) or perhaps a natural occurring rare colouration, hence called a hybrid....

this not the first time a hybrid PBT has been seen for sale in SG....

it's also not a 1 off....

Read my previous post carefully. i said Hybrid PBT. some powder blue tangs hybridise with powder brown tangs, and the resultant hyrbid may posess more brown colouration than blue, which i have seen before. its all genetics and browner hybrids do exists and so do blue-er hybrids. i'm not confused
