Provided that you can stop them from killing each other in the 1st place and then get them to lays egg......otherwise how to breed.

Tangs release their eggs in mid column water, so a very very tall tank at least 15 ft is needed. Also their eggs are pelagic as they are left to drift... I don't think even public aquariums have been able to breed tangs, you're better off just thinking of keeping them in a suitably sized tank with ample swimming space.
