Hi,

Just to share a resource here.

http://www.rapidled.com/servlet/the-32/48-...-LED-DIY/Detail

24 Cool White Cree Q5 XR-E LEDs

24 Royal Blue Cree XR-E LEDs

48 Cree XR-E Lenses (Choose from either 40, 60 or 80 degree lenses!)

4 Mean Well ELN-60-48P dimmable drivers

1 Arctic Alumina Thermal Adhesive

8 water resistant wire nuts

4 power cords to attach to the drivers

for $550 USD, shipping is $40 (varies with items). Seems like a comprehensive kit, all you need is just a heatsink & fixture to complete a LED project !

With heatsink, casing, shipping (from USA?), it easily go way beyond 550USD.

Bro, just go and contact Razali (Dr Evil - DELighting) and enquire MaxSpect. Ask him to quote you with CREE LEDs.

You will have a nice fixture, proper casing, proper mount, 18 months warranty, built in timer, built in high temp protection, moonlight. You will also eliminate the hassel of looking for heatsink and DIYing ugly housing.

Need I say more?

Eqpt: Deltec MCE 600, Tunze 6055 with Tunze 7091 controller, Artica 1/15 HP chiller, AquaIllumination Sol Blue LED Light System

2011 resolution : Do it simpler, better and in an easier way!
