can gonoipora n clove polyps be place side by side? will gonoipora sting clove polyps? Thanks.

Anyone try it before? I bought a clove coral that is surrounded by gonoipora, it is not opening, i am thinking is the clove sting by the gonoipora.

Alamak should not be greedy n take the cloves which is surrounded by gonoipora, thought i got a great deal end up the gonoipora fully extend n covered the cloves. Now all the cloves not open. haizzzzzzz. :(
