intend to keep this setup as low maintenance as possible

Most probably yes.. most fishes that can fit into their mouths will be fish food.. slimline fishes which you think are too long for them will still be fish food (eg medium to large firegobies).

However, small fishes that lions will leave alone are Mandarins and surprising Scooter Blennies.

Lion fishes to be frozen/pallets trained first before adding diamond goby.

So long as they are trained, they will refrained from attacking ls.

Can you be sure that your office temp will be 24 throughout the day?

have you consider the heat from your Lights/Pumps/Wavemakers? they will add on to the temp.

Also, if your office AC is off for the night and weekend, you have to consider fan etc to standby.
