Is 75W 10000K MH bulb sufficient?

I'm contemplating to use the above for a 24in x 12in x 14in tank setup to keep a couple of clams and some softies.

Is it sufficient as I thought a 150W may be better for a deeper tank. Any advise or opinion from experts here appreciated.

if you are getting 75W MH.... you migt as well get a PL tube instead..... the intensity of a 75W MH is not too much diferrent from 55W PL......

if i were u, i would go for the 150watt cause it's easier available to me that is... ;) and u would not need to upgrade if u intend to keep clams or hard corals in the future...

150W MH won't harm the mushies if acclimatised properly. They should grow quite fast.
