oh gosh !! what harm will it cause to my tank ? will it harm fishes ?

what about the corals i bought ? is it a turbinaria ?

currently runnign a super small tank.. with no chiller but only a fan..

and how do i kill them ? how to remove them from the rocks ?

the first picture shows a majano anemone. to the right are zoanthid/palythoa polyps. the majano is a pest, and so is the aiptasia in the second picutre. there are many threads on how to kill them off that is easily found in this forum.
