you are absolutely right cooling down now and enjoy the moments. How long does the tank take to be matured? Is it when the coraline algae appears then it means the tank is matured?

Wanna get syringe for target feeding? Remember to get some airline tubing to help u too (the hard ones)

hmmm v. hard to say when tank is matured, some say need at least 1 year. But as long as you let the system stabilise before adding more lifestock, and then let it stabilise again etc. then shouldn't face much problems.

lol your skimming quite wet eh? no wonder you lose alot water too, maybe can fine-tune to drier skimming?

Can't remember if you are keeping cheato in your sump, but since you have gotten yourself a mandarin, (and if it's not feeding on processed food yet) time to start a refugium to grow pods or the mandarin will starve.

Remember to jio me when u go down to pasir ris k? my reservist just ard the corner!

no cheato nor refugium in my sump but my little mandarin is feeding well on frozen food and nip something on live rocks constantly coming to a month now and it seems gaining some weight

sms me when u started going to camp and we can arrange to visit lfs at pasir ris.
