hi people, I recently bought a light set which has in-built 150W DE + two 15W FL. keeping clams and some SPS in a 2x1x1.5 tank.

just want to check if anyone is using a similar setup and how do you guys pair-off the bulbs.

a) current preference:

10k BLV + two 15w Classica FL atinic but may also consider using 20kk saki. Intend to switch on the FL for 2 hours before and after the MH.

B) any one out there using 1 white FL and 1 atinic + MH ? care to share the rationale ?

Many many thanks !

IMo with 150watt, you will most probably end up with brown or maybe the most green acro. suggest to go at least 250watt. I have been there done that ;);):lol:

hi, thanks DA, thought about that first. that's why only keeping clams for now. ;)

If you are keeping crocea or maxima unde 150watt, then i suggest you put them very high up. Therefore it is sauggest to have >250watt to keep colorful crocea or maxima
