Fish/intvertebrates that eat diatoms?

Is there any fish/invertebrates that will help to clear my sandbed off diatoms?

If i did not remember wrongly.. algae blenny does not eat those diatoms on seabed... That's why i dun have one of those or it'll be real useful

Is diatom the brown stuff on the sand bed and some glass, trapping little airbubles underneath its hair/wool looking material?

I have that problem, may i know how to solve it? It doesnt seem to react to switching off the lights.
