hi guys,

need some help

i have a new 322 tank coming in and for the lighting i be buying a DE 3ft 6 tubes Retrofit, as the packages includes ATI tube,what colour combi should i go for ? Blue plus, Aquablue special, pro color & actinic

2x actinic

2x aquablue

1x pro colour

1x blueplus

need some advice

and also how should set my photoperiod?

do i on all 6 tube for 8hours?

or a mixtures?

I'LL advice u to set it into three portion for ur lighting first stage it'll need like sunrise which white itself will do it just right since u have two white and then add on the 1x blueplus after 30min hour of running the third will be 1x pro colour after 30min and the fourth will be 2x actinic after another 30min that's complete ur sunrise in 1.5hour

for sunset best is to off ur 1x blueplus 15min later off the white and 30min later off ur 2x actinic with the 1x blueplus on again for another 15min and then off everything

all are within the range of 8.5hrs

Hi, it depends on your need. If you are keeping corals, then blue and white to yellowish light enhances the growth and colour. For actinic, it seems to help to bring out luminous colour. ATI has a new tube to improve pink or red pigment for corals. Maybe u can cut down just one actinic and one of ATI new tube. The remaining 4, 2 blue and 2 white(yellow).

unfortunately the supplier does not include the new tube for my choice

so i be going for

2x aquablue special

2x actinic

1x procolour

1x blueplus

will be calling to make my order

if you are keeping corals, i suggest u take just one actinic and one more blue plus. If you keeping fowlr, yr combination is fine or get more actinic...
