U got any idea if the blue and white LEDs are controllable? Or if on all LEDs are on at the same time?

not controllable and only one switch....as the concept is the almost the same as a typical 2xT5 fixture.

the main benefit is very low heat. i personally went to touch the fixture on display and could hardly feel any heat at all.

but i do not personally recommend it for SPS dominated tank...its not strong enough.

it looks like its using low powered led so at most can use for refugium , or if they have the full blue spectrum u can use it to get the actinic efect in your main tank. other then that quite useless

It's ok for FOWLR tank only !

For refugium, it's still too low watt liao , I would use 1W LED instead.
