Thinking of doing a L shape shallow tank.

Need to talk to my wife 1st. If kena shot down, then just do a normal 2 footer.

The longer side is about 6 feet. The shorter side is 3 feet.

height and width = 1 ft. This is the 2 walls at my dinning area.

But the chances of getting it approved is as good as your nano wavebox being able to fit in your nano cube.

I had to wait till 4 yrs after moving into this house to incorporate a nano in my house.

Maybe another 4 yrs to convince her on the L shape tank.

the 6 x 3 would be such a sight. But maintenance costs will also go though the roof. i once also toyed with the idea of doing a 2x2x4ft tall tank to simulate a reef dropoff. think it would look amazing but i think placement of corals would be a pita cos lighting can only penetrate that much. For anyone who's'interested, I finally fitted the Tunze Nano Wavebox I got from bro vagabond. And yes, it works in a 1.5ft cube. Set to 18V and quick pulse mode and you will get waves about 2cm in height. For use in smaller tanks, position the box with it's top below the water level and there will be no sucking sounds nor splashing. (tip from the manual). Works like a charm. Now where's my reefpack...
