Saw this fella coming out just now to scavenge.

I took a few photos with flash and it just slowly crawl back to its hideout.

Does not dash back or anything. Rather calm and slow.

Is this worm harmful for my nano reef?

It is about 2.5 - 3 inch long

I have very tiny fishes in my tank. (about 1 inch mini goby)

Pls kindly advise.

Should be one of the many species of polychaete, they are indeed scavengers.

Some carnivorous fishes may feed on them. In fact, there is a company manufacturing fish food from farmed polychaete.
