this is the bad side of electronics.

previously was aquabee impellar,then hydor leaking electric. now is reddragon impeller.

but its good to see our local lfs been compliment in oversea forums. thumbs up for them!

this is a good example to show that how important for buying things from agent instead of getting from 3rd party.

next it shows that the local/nearest agent could solve their problem asap and not hidding or chucking their problem 1 side for weeks.

Reefdepot have shown what agent should do and they have done it. well done.

Its common to have products failure. Look at how world producers of PC or car recalling their faulty products. At least i will give a thumbs up for RE after sales support.

True, product failure will definitely affect branding and consumer confidence. We will need to see how RE win back customers confidence then.

The grass is always greener on the other side... What can I say? There will always be different products for different consumers. Tt's why there's BK market and China brand mkt and in between. There's never a 100% black and white. Chery QQ will break down. Rolls royce also will break down. You can point to all the specifications and statistics etc. but ppl will still buy cherry qq n rolls royce.

But its good to know tt BK is not unfailable, and kudos to RD for great aftersales support

i have never been happier with any other of my return pumps as compared to my RD 6m3 , no clarification of calcium and even when the pump ran dry because of plumping issues it never fail on me,

you get lemon for any products that can be purchased.
