Hmmm just thinking if i use a aquabee 2000i needlewheel pump as feeder pump for the deltec APF600 skimmer, will the effectiveness of the skimmer increase? Suppose to have finer bubble as the feeder pump is needle wheel. Is this correct? anyone tried before? :thanks:

I'm using Aquabee 2000 needlewheel for my Macro skimmer. I don't think the 2000 will be sufficient for APF600.

hmmm i mean the feeder pump, the recommended pump is 1000l/h but i am thinking of changing to Aquabee 2000 needlewheel. The main pump that is running the apf600 is still the ab2000i pump :eyebrow:

go as per instructed,too much water feeding a skimmer will inturn spoil the skimming way resulting in poor skimming.

heee okok, guess too kiasu liao, more doesn't mean good. =p thanks. =)

deltec is a proven skimmer. i guess its best to leave it as it is.
