Recently bought this from the reefer who sold me my tank. However, I have decided to upgrade to a Deltec. PM or SMS at 9109-6067. Collect in Upper Bukit Timah.

$50 for the Octopus and the pump.

Just starting (October 2009).

Here is what I have so far:

EQUIPMENT

3x2x2.5 Tank

Tunze Turbelle Stream 6060

Artica 1/4 HP Chiller

Deltec APF600 Skimmer

Dymax 150W Metal Halide

Eheim 2060 Return Pump

Nautilus Phosphate Reactor

LIVESTOCK

65 Kgs Live Rock

Hi everyone,

As promised, here are a couple of photos of the skimmer. It measures 50 cms from the base to the top of the collection cup. I am not sure of the exact Reef Octopus model but the pump says Octopus Turbine Pump Model OTP-1000. Does this help?

I had it up and running in my three foot tank which is currently cycling and it collected lots of stuff from the water.
