Algae rock....

Hey ppl,

Just got back from PAsir Ris Farm and i bought some algae rocks. Anybody has had any experience with these like how many hours a day should light be turned on...

What fish are suitable and suit this type of rocks...

Are clown fishes suited to these rocks...

Please answer my questions

They are more meant to be used in refugiums rather than i main tanks as they tend to grow and spread that you may not be able to control them.

Last time i went to pasir ris l35, got one shop i see their tank setup all using algae rocks.... 2 weeks later i go i think thye removed already.. think hard to maintain or something.

They're actually normal LR, just with a lot of those green weed plant like thing on them. U can see some when you buy uncured LR too but usually people pluck them out.... just imagine them in large quantity on the rock hehhehe
