MP10 red light flashing

Hi all Vortech users,

My MP10 has stalled. The red light is flashing.

The propellor is not moving

I have resetted the pump, calibrated it .... but each time I on the pump, the mp10 will function only about 4 sec then the red light will flash, after another 3 sec, it will return to normal operation for 4 sec and then another few seconds later, it will stop permanently with the red light flashing.

Has anyone encountered this before?

Maybe the propeller is jammed? Anyway, it flashed just red or red/white, red/green, red/yellow, red/purple???

just red and no light red and no light.

the only mode it can go to is feed mode and calibration mode. => so prop is not jammed.

I have also taken wet side to clean already. no obstruction.

This is the link to the manual for the MP20. Not sure if the MP10 is the same as the MP20. There are instructions to change the pin spacer setting in the manual.

Hmmm...I just read through the MP10 manual. Doesn't indicate that the pin spacer setting can be changed.

Oh that spacer.

My tank thickness is sufficient to do without that.

did you try dismantling the wet side, clean it up, and reinstall? Would be good if you share how to solve it (if you found it), coz my friend also has this problem just 2 days ago on his mp40.

oh no... I hope this problem can be solved by Victor... otherwise if need to ship back to their regional office will take a long time.

seems like a big prob, call the shop u got it from.

The shipment of MP10 has arrived? I was at Iwarna earlier but was told that there wasnt any news of any arrival of MP10 lei. Hence, if ur MP10 was purchased from elsewhere, think there may be some complications in warranty issues.

My friend had the same problem, just replaced the mothrboard at Iwarna just now

Issue resolved. Aquamarin has given me a 1:1 exchange. 2 thumbs up for AM.

Let's hope this set last me much longer, else I might just give it up for Tunze 6055 with single controller.
