SMS device for power cut

I am thinking of getting a device that will drop me an sms in the event of a power cut to my tanks. Does anyone have any recommendation? It does not need to measure any tank parameters. It just needs to monitor the current to my tanks.

I think there is a device from hmfix that will sms you if there is an intruder.

there is such system Arduino which can add on alot more feture to enchance the system like aquatronic system chk out sgbotic.com they do carry such product but on how to built it i know nuts read up nano-reef u can get a concept there
