Hi reefers. Seek you advice on whether it is normal for the kalkwasser to turn chalky after mixing and is such solution still safe to be dosed into the tank?

kalkwasser when mixed with water will surely turned chalky(main composition of kal is mainly chalk)led it settled for afew hrs,the chalk will settled collect the clear water above (which is limewater)add it to ur tank with caution,cos u dun want to overdose.best of luck

Add with caution. Best is to drip it overnight to counter ph drop. Kalkwasser will increase ph quite substantially so you don't want to overdose. Best to trial and error slowly so you know how much to dose in future.
