why isnt my skimmer skimming as much as before

hey everyone..am using a Deltec APF600..and when i first bought it,it was amazing and it still is..but now adays it hardly skeems out anything..why?

wash your skimmer. or it may just be that you just are just feeding less or your tank has stabilised or something like that (which is good in a sense)

yes am aware that it is a gd sense..haha..but still it use to skeem around 2 inches of crap now it does less then 1 inch..i always clean it..so i guess its a good thing then..hahaha..thanks

I am using the same skimmer as well and the observation is the same... skim like crazy initially.. now a day dun seem like skimming a lot of stuff...

but when I put red slim remover.. you can see this guy in action...

just clean up the neck regularly and should be fine...

Clean the neck once a week. You'll be amazed.
