koko worm

i bought a red koko worm frm LCK1** last week but few dayz ago, the crown came off from it'z housin' tube. now the tube just sit here empty.

i wan 2 ask whether will the tube regrow the crown in a later stage like the soft tube worm?

Occasionally the worm may vacate its tube or drop its feeding crown.These are usually normal parts of the organisms biology. In a few weeks it will regenerate a new crown, and if you place the worm in a protected environment, it will soon secrete a new tube to live in! Under optimum conditions, these worms may actually reproduce.

yes my normal tube worm tube does grow back...dont worry

One of my tube worm dropped its clown 2 weeks back and now its growing another new clown. So not to worry abt it unless the tube worm is dead.

crown will grow back. not to worry.

the coco will need a good flow of moderate at least.

that's how they grab food source. if u put at low to no flow,

the crown won't look healthy at all, n times comes, will die.

so how can i tell if the tube just drop it'z crown or the worm haz died???
