came across below in an article i read and to think i been using bottled garlic

Looks like I can throw away my bottled garlic. Didn't find much use of it anyway...

errm... you could blend/grate the garlic put into some bag and squeeze out the juice? Think cooking style Ask your wife/mother/grandmother. hahaa
