i dose the aquapharm 5 in 1 into my sump 3 times a week to feed the huge population of sponges in my sump. works like a cheaper version of zeovit's sponge power. I mix mine with Brightwell's Amino Acid for that extra sumthin sumthin

for Lps i feed them a mixture of New life spectrum, Osi and cyclopees soaked in aminos and mashed till mushie mushie, then target feed with a syringe one a week.

most LPS have feeder tentacles to catch sizeable meaty foods from the water cloumn. think about it this way.

LPS utilize much of their ability to have strong stinging tentacles, and powerful prey capture ability. this leads u to think that they are likely to catch and stun sizeable prey in the wild. such good examples will be mysis and other small meaty creatures. liquid food simply have little to no effect on LPS.

i strongly reccomend feeding mysis to LPS..... many reefers use prawn meat which may be detrimental in the long run if overfed. mysis once a week is more then enough. squirt a small portion onto the feeder tentacles and watch them go. prawn meat is too dense with long protein structures making it harder to digest unless you feed sparingly, and in small portions.
