Introducing Chaeto into the sump

I have previously introduced Chaeto which had introduced ick to the reef tank, thus eliminating the entire fish stock.

Be it be from the LFS or reefer's tank, Chaeto comes with pods and many other stuff.... I have read that some of the pods are parasitic.

How to ensure we do not introduce the wrong thing into our tank?

Best Regards,

those are good. ich cannot be seen with the ###### eye, those white spots u see on the fish, is the reaction from the ich biting into the skin.
