just 2 new additions..

have not been stocking much due to the very heavy workload from school...

fish with alot of character..

i can sit down and just look at him for a good 10mins,

swimming around the live rocks,

positioning itself in every tiny hole it finds in the LR,

and pops in and out like how a jawfish would do when its in the sand..

very cute fella.. haha..

got it today...

its been awhile since i've seen blastos...

blastos very sensitive to flow....have to place them in very low flow area

I realize that... Not easy to find a spot... How about lights? Do they require strong lights? I know they're photosynthetic, but can they still make it with dim lights?

they dun require strong lights or direct lights...but have to be low flow or very little flow, so that they can capture food...u may have to target feed them...i used to have 6-7 of these and i have to feed them every now and then like babies...after a while, i gave up...haha....

Nice coloration! They look like the pair at Irwana that I no longer see. Wonder what happened to them.

Are they hybrids? Or just really black True Percs? Where did you get them from?

not hybrids.

but could be what some may call as onyx clownfishes..

not very sure about that..

i got them from CF in one of the LED tanks in front..

Haha... A 3 blue notes impulse Kiko?? Will you be as impulsive to give them away??

Jokes aside, very nice pair!

i wanted to get a pair of true percs for my tank,

but i didnt expect to spend so much...

and i didnt want to wait for people to decom,

so i got it from CF :P

me too.. i personally feel a marine reef tank is not complete without a pair of clownfishes..

my black percs died on me few weeks back :(

they had been with me for a long long time...

yup they're paired up..

according to auntie from CF.. haha..
