Most prob molting and hiding in some cave... I don't think cleaner shrimps attack each other, especially when they have been tog for some time. I know mine don't.

Unless you have some predator hiding in your tank, otherwise you might just see it again in a couple of days.

but normally after molting it'll take about 1day to come out....

and i think they always molt together.. this time only saw one.. haha..

anyway, i hope that one particular shrimp is somewhere out there hiding...

doubt theres any predator in my tank..

all my fishes are all harmless..

unless its stuff hidden within the LR which i dont know...

I feed DT phytoplankton every 2 - 3 days.

just pour 5ml into the tank.

Off the skimmer for 1 hr.

considering increasing my lighting time from 7hrs to maybe 9hrs....

i stopped feeding coral liquid food a month ago,

but yes, i turned off the skimmer for about an hour when i feed...

I read somewhere that if your clam is still in baby stage (less than 3 inch), you will need to feed it.

adult clams will be able to make use of strong lightsource to make their own food via their mantle.

Go to AM, and ask for Shellfish diet. Very concentrated microalgae that can last you at least 6 months (do check the expiry date). Very economical.
