Rics shopping?? More like raiding rics.... I organize raids for World of Warcraft but this rics raiding business is even more stressful.

Very confused at the end of it too.....

Like the rics but heartache at the thought of $$ spent

Very soon you'll forget about the money and just enjoy the beauty of the rics. Minimal handling, and they will do just fine.

yeah they are really nice. was even contemplating selling them because of their high cost and worried that they cannot survive in my tank.

Plan to target feed them with chopped mysis once a week. :)

New plan:

I have decided to start a small tank to house frags. A frag tank.

Prob just a small 1 ft tank supported by a HOB filter. No skimmer.

Normal T5 lighting.

Not so much to house frags for sale but more like a safekeep vault.

Touch wood - in case my tank crash, then at least I have some survivors, rather than losing all the colonies which i have painstakingly collected.

Make sense? Any thoughts/ suggestion?

Hi Jacky, wonderful idea! Just wondering if you would consider connecting your frag tank to your main tank, so that you also increase the entire body of water. You get more stability, dilution factor, etc, etc...

I'm planning the same myself..... but got to find space first. :whistle

hmm anohter friend suggested the same thing but ... if there is infestation, would that not migrate over to my frag tank too?

Purpose of frag tank is to house the zoas frag in a safe zone.

Am i correct to assume the above?
