Most of the SPS have browned out.

Hopefully they will regain their colour soon.

these 2 rics are recuperating in a corner.

Hope they get over their stress soon.

Dr Randall's goby is looking after them.

** Sorry for the blurry photo.

Not too much light and low flow ok for them right?

Rics owner pls advise.

hey jacky do you place your SPS at the top region or mid?

Was thinking mabbe the light intensity is causing the SPS to bleach?

brown is not bleach. It's because of high nutrient level or can also be lack of lights.

Info is provided in general for all spses :)

And for rics, yeap give it time and try not to move them around. Once determined a place, leave them there and

try not to move them around. Otherwise bound to melt

Happy Reefing,

It is already at the top. highest perch I can find.

But they just arrived in my tank since last weekend.

Transferred from Ray's tank. Let's see if their condition improves.

The rics will open up eventually. Prob just need time to settle in.

Ok defintely not touching them till they are better.

how abt a FTS for us to see?

Okie dokie. Once I get my cannister installed.

Bro, How long the clingfish been with you? Haven have much success with it... Not pass a month...

only 4 days.

I have not seen anyone with success story with this fish before :(

looks real bleak.

I did see it swimming around and pecking on rocks this morning though.

Hope it finds sufficient food.

Contemplating getting a long spine urchin to keep him company.

have not checked if this urchin is reef safe or if it will pose other problems in my tank.

they are meat eaters.

hopefully this fella gets weaned into feeding processed pods, planktonic stuff, reef gourmet, mysis

CF informed me that they eat bivalves. I think the adult ones do. So do take note if you have clams :(

Bro, those bivalves are parasitic ones if I am not wrong... Not our clams... Have you tried Tigger pod from AM.. I heard it is Live???

ok. good to hear that. not much info on these fellas on the web.

yeah I did buy a few bottles of tigger pods. passed a couple to other reefers too.

'yes they are live and swimming :) my neon goby went crazy when i added them.

but not a long term solution plus I have pipefish, neon goby and mandarin fish in my tank.

cannot sustain them this way.

Hmmm.... These are easier to wean on frozen and even pellets once you have something keep them surviving.. They will slowly take to frozen and pellets, try mixing the food during feeding... it will train them...

Wah, how is the density of the pods? A lot?

it stated 2000 - 4000 but definitely does not look like that amount to the naked eye.

But you can see quite a lot of pods swimming around.

Some seemed to be dead already.

Let me try to take some pics or videos.

I have Peacemaker's bottle with me now.
