BTW, found posting in NR and RC that relates to coco worm pooing..... So I think it is confirmed that they poo like fishes and they poo a lot!

1 week after introducing fishes..

Just tested my water today.....

ammonia = 0

nitrite = 0

nitrate = 0

My skimmer also not skimming anything much. just very light coloured water.

Anyway I will wait for another 1 week till I add any more livestock.

I have also managed to raise my PH from 7.9 to 8.15 in the day over 1.5 weeks

I think it should stablize at 8.15

ORP has risen steadily from 170 to 350. :)

Gonna check my calcium and dkh later.

zoo and mushies is the most easy for me so far.

I just throw the in any corner of the tank and they will just survive or grow

under most condition

4*2*2 + 2.5*1.25*1.25 (Decomn on 1/8/09)
5*2*2 (Fully LED light system, 140 3 watt SSC leds with 60 degree lens)(Decomm)
2.5*2*2(Fully LED Light System,96 3 watt SSC leds with 60 degree lens)(Decomm)

5*2.5*2(LED only)

Eheim return 1 * pump

1 HP Daikin compressor with cooling coil
2 Jebao OW40, 1 ecotech MP40,
1X6085 Tunze wm,

1 CURVE 7 Skimmer

  1 DIY 80 led control by Bluefish mini 

1 radion XR30W G2, 2 Radion XR15G3

Sump area lite by 5 ft T5 , 6 * SSC 3 watt red LED for refugium

1 Full spectrum E27 led light

1 CR control by bubble count

Start No Water Change since 1st Dec 2016

Add new 2.5x2x 1.5 ft

Blue Musshies aren't that expensive. The red ones are more expensive. Blue ones I think are around $15-$20? Bright red ones more than $30.

Zoas prices depend on the type. Could be anywhere from less than $10 to $50 and above.

I have 2 acans that I am considering selling. One is lum green, the other is lum orange... :eyebrow: My angel now seems to start taking a liking to them... :pirate:

My Setup:

Wow so much different in price.

The Rhizos are the leftover stock. Most of them already have receding flesh and so are not really in tip top condition. But I believe that with some TLC, they should recover but will take a bit of time... :P
